Guide for Completing Offers
 This guide provides the necessary tools to help members navigate through our website and provides directions for completing offers.
REGISTRATION:
To become a member of Fairy Tale Treasure click the link at the top left-hand side of the site below the heading and and fill in the registration form.
Within a few minutes of submitting your registration form you should receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the confirmation email to confirm your registration. Once you do that you will be all set and ready to log in to your Fairy Tale Treasures account.
The 'Quick Links' menu on the left-hand side of the page will help you navigate the site.
To begin completing offers click "offers" in the top menu or the first link on the left menu.
GETTING STARTED: Computer Settings
Before completing any offers you want to be sure your computer settings are correct in order to receive credit for the offers you complete.
Firefox and/or Internet Explorer are recommended when using our website. Some members have success with other browsers -- however, AOL and Netscape will not work on any incentive site like Fairy Tale Treasure.
Make sure your browser is set to "accept all cookies" -- THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. You can find this option by opening a webpage: Go to TOOLS and go down to INTERNET OPTIONS. Check your settings, by clicking on 'PRIVACY.' There will be a bar; pull it down to the bottom accept all cookies. The process is very similar for Firefox.
FINDING OFFERS:
In the top menu there is a link to the OFFERS on the far right. Click "Offers" to be brought to the 'offers' page -- where there is a search box listed first -- if you wish to search for a particular offer type its name in this box.
Under the search box is another box: "Browse Categories." There is a dropdown menu listing the various categories of offers. You may want to start with the new 'freebies' -- as they have been recently added to the site.
CATEGORIES
Freebies - These are 100% free -- no credit card required and NO COST to you. 99% of the offers on Fairy Tale Treasure are FREE.
Trials - There is some cost usually a shipping and handling charge ... and maybe a small trial fee. Read the details of each offer to find out exact details. You are never required to complete any trials.
HOW to complete an offer:
Click on the banner or text of the offer. This will bring you to the advertiser's website.
Once at the advertiser's website you will need to complete the requirements for the offer as stated in the description. This is usually entering your email address, zip code, or other information. Requirements vary -- and are usually listed in the offer description.
If the offer says: "complete survey" then you need to take the survey until you receive a page saying "Thank You for ....." or some sign that you have completed that offer.
While completing offers you must use valid information including your correct name, address and phone number (if required). You must use a valid email address which you will be able to receive confirmation emails. You MAY use email address from yahoo, hotmail, gmail, cox, comcast, verizon, gmx, and easy mail. Disposable emails are not allowed. Advertisers need to reach you with their information.
RECEIVING CREDIT
Instant Credit Offers
: Many of the offers are 'instant credit offers' and are automatically tracked by the advertiser. These offers have a button marked "SUBMIT." Once you have completed the offer
come back to Fairy Tale Treasure and click on the 'Submit' button. Credit for that offer will be in your account within minutes for most offers. Some offers take a little longer to process by the advertiser and make take a few hours ... at times a day or so.
Manual Offers
: If an offer is listed as "manual" it will have a box in which to submit your information (usually an email address). You will need to return to our site and insert your email address and then click 'submit.' Doing so enables us to know you have completed the offer, and allows us to know how to locate your information from the advertiser so we may credit your account. The email address you enter into this box can be ANY email which belongs to you.
When you submit an offer it will move to your "Pending Folder." If you make a mistake and submit an offer you did not complete -- no problem. Simply click on the 'Pending' button and hit delete.
That's it!
If your offer was approved by the advertiser you will receive an approval email and the amount of the offer will be credited to your account balance.
Please note: Not all offers are approved by the advertiser for a variety of reasons. Most of the time it is because the member has not cleared their cookies between offers. It is important to clear the 'cookies' on your computer in order to receive credit. To learn more about clearing cookies click here.
